These days I’m generally following workout sets from Jeff Cavalier at Athlean-X on YouTube, who has been an inspiring, knowledgeable PT, but also come up with exercises that are significantly helping my progressions and overall development. Sup Team KBA, as you know I’ve been exercising for a while now and thought why not share my thoughts and review some of the workout routines and videos I see (and follow) to help others get a better understanding on what the workouts target, the effectiveness, difficulties and some alternative exercises I come up with if equipment, access or difficulty is a stumbling block.
